Esto est\u00e1 pasando con proveedores y clientes, con usuarios, consumidores, amigos e incluso con familiares. Como consecuencia, las costumbres cotidianas en todo el planeta est\u00e1n evolucionando muy r\u00e1pidamente hacia la llamada Nueva normalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta \u00abNueva normalidad\u00bb, las empresas y profesionales deben encontrar alternativas para garantizar la salud de sus empleados, y formas m\u00e1s seguras de facilitar el acceso (selecci\u00f3n, y distribuci\u00f3n incluidos), a aquello que ofrecen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito local, entre otros, se comercializan los art\u00edculos y servicios de proximidad, y\/o de primera necesidad, que habitualmente se compran en la tienda o al proveedor de confianza, y que a pesar de ser indispensables para sus consumidores, en el contexto actual requieren un esfuerzo adicional para llegar a sus destinatarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora, los negocios de proximidad tienen la oportunidad ideal para mejorar el servicio al cliente. Si es necesario, incluso reduciendo el horario de atenci\u00f3n presencial, pero con una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y eficiente. Para ello ser\u00e1 necesario evolucionar las adaptaciones que en la mayor\u00eda de casos ya se han aplicado e incrementan la calidad del servicio, para que sean sostenibles a largo plazo, y convertirlas en herramientas que mejoren la competitividad comercial, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que siendo realistas, el t\u00e9rmino \u00abNueva normalidad\u00bb obliga a pensar m\u00e1s all\u00e1, a plantearse como reestructurar, o crear escaparates virtuales eficientes, y acostumbrarse a utilizar unos canales de distribuci\u00f3n que hasta ahora no eran necesarios ni imprescindibles, para facilitar que los clientes y usuarios actuales lo sigan siendo en el futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En muchos negocios de proximidad, todas estas adaptaciones, todav\u00eda no se han aplicado porque se ven como una ruptura con el sistema de comercio minorista tradicional excesivamente radical. Especialmente porque implica cambiar muchas horas de mostrador para (por lo menor al principio) dedicarlas al ordenador. Adem\u00e1s, en muchos casos no se dispone de la persona adecuada para hacerlo, ni se quiere o puede afrontar el gasto de contratar un perfil de personal muy diferente al necesario para atender a los clientes de un establecimiento de pie de calle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, pese a la obligaci\u00f3n, hay que tener en cuenta que esta \u00abNueva normalidad\u00bb, tiene aspectos positivos, como que no s\u00f3lo compra por Internet quien busca un mejor precio, tambi\u00e9n lo hace quien necesita o quiere elegir lo que comprar\u00e1 sin salir de casa, as\u00ed como quien necesita inmediatez, calidad de servicio&#8230; Y todos estos perfiles echan en falta la atenci\u00f3n postventa personalizada (que por Internet tiene el m\u00e1ximo exponente en la posibilidad de ir al establecimiento en persona), que s\u00f3lo puede ofrecer una tienda online de proximidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Covid-19 y prepararse para la Nueva normalidad, un reto may\u00fasculo para todos los establecimientos minoristas, ya sean tiendas, bares, restaurantes o negocios de servicios El 2020 est\u00e1 obligando a cambiar miles de procesos de todas clases, la manera de fabricar, vender, y de relacionarse incluidas.
